If you are thinking of trying OVIGIN, please think again. Kindly save yourself the trouble if you're considering taking up any offers or packages from them.

I was a package holder (actually, still am until end of tomorrow - September 8, 2010) but I guess because my package will expire tomorrow, for the last week or so my calls and sms were ignored.

My call today were picked up, probably because (and I can only guess) it was from a number they do not know. However, I was immediately transfered and told to "get lost" (of course, not in this term, but close). Sadly, I was actually trying to renew my package and I have only ONE last session to go before this current package ends...

No matter how good prior services are, this shows a certain degree of dishonesty and leaves a very bad name and impression for this establishment.
